Story

Indu 2 is a show with eight episodes, each lasting for about 30 minutes. In the beginning, Indu is in a tough spot at her in-law’s home, where Sougata keeps harassing her with questions. But his skepticism does not last long, as he has a stroke and passes away. The family wants to believe it was bad luck, but Indu suspects foul play. She thinks someone might have laced his cigarettes with crushed datura seeds, which Inspector Samaddar confirms. The same substance was found in Laboni’s food on the night she died.

After exploring different leads and evidence, Indu goes to Koushali’s ex-in-laws house, where she meets Koushali’s ex-husband. During their conversation, Indu learns that Koushali’s daughter is not her ex-husband’s. Meanwhile, Kaushal and Poushali try to scare Indu out of the house by hitting her head. But Indu does not give up and stays put. Eventually, Poushali confesses that she and Koushali were responsible for the datura leaf in the fish and other things that happened. However, Poushali still refuses to reveal why they wanted Indu out of the house, claiming her life will be in danger if she does.

Indu also finds out that Sujato wrote the letter to Sougata on their reception night, causing him to doubt and accuse Indu for the rest of his life. But before Sujato can explain his reasons, they discover another dead body in the courtyard – Charu Mukherjee.
